本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。

2. 端末内に保存されるデータ
本アプリは、ゲームを続きから遊べるようにするため、以下のデータを利用者の端末の中だけに保存します。

これらのデータは、アプリを削除（アンインストール）すると完全に消去されます。 アプリ内の「はじめから」を選ぶことでも、進行状況を消すことができます。
3. ネットワーク通信
本アプリは、ゲームの動作のためにインターネット通信を行いません。 オフラインのまま、すべての機能をご利用いただけます。
4. 広告・課金
本アプリに広告は表示されません。アプリ内課金がある場合、その決済は Apple または Google が処理し、 開発者がクレジットカード情報等を受け取ることはありません。 決済に関する情報の取り扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
5. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありませんが、 上記のとおりいかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。
6. 免責事項
本アプリは不動産投資の仕組みを学ぶための教育目的のシミュレーションゲームです。 実在する物件・企業・金融機関を再現したものではなく、投資助言・勧誘を行うものではありません。
ゲーム内の数値・利回り・融資条件等は、学習のために簡略化されたモデルであり、 実際の取引条件を保証するものではありません。実際の投資判断は、利用者ご自身の責任において、 必要に応じて税理士・弁護士・金融機関等の専門家にご相談のうえ行ってください。
本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。

1. Information We Collect
This app collects no personal information whatsoever.
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers (including advertising IDs), or usage analytics. We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or calendar. We do not share or sell any data, because we hold none.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
To let you resume your game, the app saves the following on your device only: game progress, language preference, display theme, and sound settings.
This data is stored using the operating system's local storage (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). It is never transmitted to any server and is not accessible to the developer. Deleting the app erases it completely.
3. Network
The app performs no network communication. It works fully offline.
4. Advertising and Purchases
The app contains no advertising. Any in-app purchase is processed by Apple or Google; the developer never receives your payment details.
5. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at any specific age group and, as stated above, collects no personal information from any user.
6. Disclaimer
